If you've updated to a new phone, device, or did a factory reset on your current device you may find your character missing. If your character was on a 'guest' account and never linked to an email address, please contact support for assistance in recovering your character.
If you delete your character by mistake and wish to have it restored, please reach out to our support department.
Simply provide your character's name, level, class, and which game it was located on.
