Are you experiencing lag or frequent disconnects?
Many factors can influence your connection to our servers. If you are having issues with lag and/or high ping while playing over your carriers data connection, the first thing you will want to try is to switch to a Wi-Fi connection to see if that helps the issue. A high ping is indicative of an unstable internet connection. You will also want to try restarting your device (or otherwise turning off all background applications). If you don't have a problem playing on 3G, and you do with Wifi, then try another internet connection (at a friend's house, coffee shop, etc.) to isolate the problem. If it does, it is most likely an issue with your carriers data connection, or possibly even connection throttling. Regardless, you will want to contact your cell Carrier to find out what the issue is.
If you are playing over Wi-Fi already, you can still change to a different Wi-Fi to rule out any possible issues with your router or internet connection. If switching to a different Wi-Fi (or even the carriers data connect) resolves the issue, your router is most likely not configured correctly.
