What is it?
The Arcane Legends Public Test Server allows you to participate in the Arcane Legends development process! You get a sneak peak at new content before it's released to the public! The Test Server is completely separate from the one you normally play on. Please keep in mind that actions you take on the Test Server will not transfer back to the live server.
Accounts on the test server also have the following benefits:
- All new and existing characters are level 41.
- All accounts have 2,000 free Platinum!
The Test Server will only be available for limited times. You can find the latest news about the status on the Test Server on the Official Arcane Legends forums (http://www.spacetimestudios.com/forumdisplay.php?98-Arcane-Legends).
How do I participate?
In order to play on the Test Server you will need:
- An Android device, or
- The Chrome browser on a compatible PC or Mac. (http://support.spacetimestudios.com/customer/portal/articles/963871-%22failed-to-initialize-graphics%22).
If the Test Server is available, you will find links to get the Android version and Chrome link from our forums (http://www.spacetimestudios.com/forumdisplay.php?98-Arcane-Legends).

If you are playing on Chrome you may need to enable the Native Client flag in your Chrome flags. Read more at http://support.spacetimestudios.com/customer/portal/articles/1661021-manually-enable-the-chrome-native-client.
Can I play on my existing character / account?
Yes!
If your current play account uses Facebook or an e-mail to log in, then we will have copied over your characters to the Test Server prior to the server going up.
Unfortunately, accounts that use Google + login are not currently able to log into the Test Server.
You can also use a guest account but they will be considered "new" accounts meaning, they will have to create a new character.
When you first install the Test Client you will be automatically logged into a Guest account. From this screen you can either continue with character creation or hit the red X button in the top right to return to the login options and log into an existing account.
If you proceed to character creation you will be taken to the "Tutorial Tavern." This tavern has no exit so you will need to use your World Map to go to Kraag. 
Is Customer Support provided for the Test Server?
The Public Test Server is not a full service game server. Customer support is not available within this server. Please do not consider this a regular game play server. Test Server will have limited availability. It will only be up during specific public tests. There will be no restoration of characters, items, pets, etc. that could be lost for any reason. Please use the Test Server Forum on the Official Arcane Legends Forums at http://www.spacetimestudios.com/forumdisplay.php?98-Arcane-Legends to communicate with the devs about any problems you experience.
