Rules of Conduct
Spacetime Studios strives to provide our customers with safe, fun environments to escape the stress of real life. In order to provide that experience we need our players help by following the rules set forth in this policy. This policy exists not only to protect our players but also Spacetime Studios’ integrity and business.
Please note, this policy is not all-inclusive and there may be behavior that we consider inappropriate. Spacetime Studios reserves the right to take action against anything we deem harmful to our customers, integrity, or business.
The use of inappropriate chat and offensive language in general, or against another player is not tolerated. The following items are considered to be a violation of our Rules of Conduct:
Any violation of the above policies is evaluated by a Customer Support Representative and the action taken as at their sole discretion. Depending on the severity of the violation a player will generally receive a 1 to 7 day suspension. Further violations will result in a 7 day or permanent suspension from all Spacetime Studios products.
Please note that any suspension is considered your one and only warning.

- Using sexually explicit, harmful, obscene, hateful, racial, ethnic, or nationally offensive chat.
- Posting or linking sexually explicit, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or racially or ethnically offensive content is not permitted.
- Spamming or flooding the chat box (including whispers, general and guild chat).
- Impersonating any employee of Spacetime Studios for any reason.
- Communicating yours or any other player’s real world information (including name, address, email address, etc.).

The following actions are also considered to be a violation of our Rules of Conduct:
- Violating any local, state, national or international law or regulation.
- Marketing, promoting, advertising, or soliciting within any Spacetime Studios product.
- Sharing, trading, or transferring account access.
- Advertising to buy, sell, trade, share, or transfer access to any Spacetime Studios account for real-world or in-game currency.
- Buying, selling, trading, sharing, or transferring access to any Spacetime Studios account for real-world or in- game currency.
- Buying or selling in-game currency or items for real-world currency.
- Offering in-game services for real-world currency.
- Intentionally deceiving or “scamming” another player out of in-game currency or items.
- Modifying (in any way) any part of the game clients or servers.
- Exploiting any bug found in a Spacetime Studios game. Communicating the existence of any such exploitable bug either directly or through public posting is also not allowed. Please promptly report any bug to Customer Support.
- Using any software or hardware to alter game play in any way.
- Obtaining or attempting to obtain Platinum using an exploit or “crack.”
Any violation of the above policies is evaluated by a Customer Support Representative and the action taken as at their sole discretion. Depending on the severity of the violation a player will generally receive a 7 day or permanent suspension from all Spacetime Studios products.
