I've lost my character!

If you had to purchase a new phone or do a factory reset on your phone you may notice that your character is no longer there. This is because you were using an unregistered account. 

Don't worry! You have not lost your character forever. All of your data is stored on our servers. Simply submit a request by clicking on the Contact Us image at the bottom of the page.

Be sure to fill out the Character Name field and select which game you were playing.
