What are the minimum device requirements?

iOS: Any 64 bit iOS device (5s and later) running iOS 10 or later
Android: Any Android device running Android 5 or above.

How do I Play?

Tap and hold the bottom left corner for movement.
Tap and hold bottom right corner for aiming/firing.
You enter the battle ground at level 1.

You collect the cash/bags/suitcases to boost your power level while also fending off and killing opponents. Each time you increase your level you get an option to choose one of 3 power-ups making you stronger.

The jackpot increases by one for every player killed, and you can pick up individual coins as they spawn in the world. The only way to get coins out of the game is via the Escape Pod, which currently arrives ~ every 2 minutes.

Periodically an escape pod arrives in a random position. If a player finds it manages to stand on it long enough without dying they escape with their coins.

After 30 seconds the pod closes whether someone has escaped or not and everyone left inside carries on, the game doesn't "end" you just stay alive until you either are killed or escape.

Game instances are for up to 20 players. If there are less than 20 players the game will spawn bots until it fills up. Players are loaded into the same instance until there are 10 there, then an different instance spins up.

The game cycles through three different maps.

How do Upgrades work?

Collect enough cash and you will be given the option of three Upgrades. Pick one (or re-roll for 1 platinum). These affect your character in a wide variety of ways. You can have up to 16 upgrades. Choose... wisely!

What is on the HUD?

On your character you have from left to right: Character Level, Health, Gold collected from ground.
Bottom right: Upgrades chosen, grouped by type.
Top right: Leaderboard (Shows top three and yourself and placement). Tap for top 10.
Upper Left: Exit match (you will go to an options screen but the game does not pause).
Perimeter of Screen: Flashing "warning" sign that always points to whoever is most powerful. Flashing "exit" sign that points to the escape pod when it is en route and on the ground.

How do I gain Gold?

Gold will spawn as you run around the map. You can also grab gold from other players that are killed. Escape the map to grab the Jackpot.

What is the Jackpot and how does it increase?

The Jackpot is your reward for Escaping (along with any Gold you have picked up along the way). It increases by 1 gold every time a player is killed.

How do I Escape?

Every 2 minutes an escape pod will arrive. You have a 30 second warning before it arrives. Find it by following the flashing red "Exit" icon on the edge of the screen. IMPORTANT: Stay out of the Red Warning Circle until it lands or you will die! Once it lands, be the first on board and defend yourself for 5 seconds to escape with the Jackpot and whatever gold you have picked up along the way. Please note there is no level requirement to escape, it can be quite fun to snag one as a low level player.

How do Barrels work and what are they for?

Barrels are The Great Equalizer. Pick them up by running up to one and tapping the Hand icon. Throw barrels the same way you fire, tap down on the right side, aim by rotating your finger, throw by swiping in that direction. Run them into someone for a suicide blast. Shoot someone who is carrying them for hilarity. Throw them into a firefight to whittle down high-level players. Non-stop fun!

How do I increase my Tier and what do I get?

You can tell what Tier you are in the Lobby, underneath your Avatar. Tiers are increased by killing other players. Tiers reset every season (but you keep whatever Gold you have earned).

What are Seasons and how long are they?

Seasons turn over every month. There will be new Vanity items that are exclusive to a particular season. When they end the Leaderboard Winners will have access to a unique title and badge for the duration of the next season.

What are the Leaderboards?

There are currently three leaderboards: Most Escapes, Kill Streaks, and Greatest Escapes. Most Escapes is the primary leaderboard, defined by who has escaped the most times. Kill Streak is who has made the most kills in a particular instance. Greatest Escapes is who has taken the largest amount of gold out of the game in a single Escape. Of the three, Most Escapes is what gives you exclusive privileges when you are chilling in the Saloon.

What is the Chat button for?

The Six Shooter Saloon is a non-combat instance with a chat interface. The intent is for there to be a place to chill in between matches, chat, and talk a little smack. Leaderboard Winners have access to special vanity functions there.
