Disconnect Issues While Using a Mobile Device

Being disconnected from a game stinks. It's no secret and no one enjoys it. It's bad for users, bad for businesses, and worst of all its bad for fun. We here at Spacetime Studios want to make sure that we are doing everything within our power to provide you with a fun, safe and enjoyable online experience in our games.  To that end we invite you to report any and all issues that you have with disconnects to our Support Department so that we can help you get the issues resolved.  
 
To help us diagnose your disconnects, it would be helpful if we could get some information about the internet connection that you use to play our games.  Before submitting a support ticket, we just need for you to complete a short and simple automated test that will provide us with valuable information about your internet connection.
 
To start this process, please do the following:
 
1) Install the Speedtest.net app on your device (provided by Ookla and available for free on the iTunes App Store)
 
2) Tap Begin Test
 
3) Leave the app open and running while the test completes
 
4) When the results are ready, tap the Share icon in upper left hand corner.
 
5) Tap  the option called "Copy" to copy the link to your clipboard.
 
6) Paste link into your support ticket so that we may review the results.*
 
*Please note that a screenshot of the results will NOT be acceptable for these purposes. We must have the direct link to the results to ensure accuracy.
